TARGET AUDIENCE,
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
AND REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY
Tailored for individuals eligible for Aliyah,
specifically targeting those aged up to age 35.
- ADMISSION PROCESS
Thorough selection process managed by Tiltan School, including:
− English proficiency test
− Design aptitude exam
− In-person interview
- POST-ADMISSION ASSESSMENT
Successful candidates undergo a knowledge test determining the need
for either a preparatory course (DEV) or a software course (ART),
scheduled before or simultaneously with regular studies.
HOUSING OPTIONS
ULPAN ETZION HAIFA DORMS
- Single participants: 4-bedroom apartments,
single occupacy per room –
ILS 13,600 per year (bills excluded).
• Married couples: Studio apartments (studio room,
kitchenette, shower and restroom) for a couples –
ILS 22,400 ILS per year (meals and bills excluded).
Availability:
November 2025, May 2026
- OFF-CAMPUS LIVING (ULPAN ETZION)
External students opting for off-campus residence at
Ulpan Etzion.
ACADEMIC STRUCTURE
In the first year, certain courses will be conducted in English
for a smooth transition.
- Subsequent studies will be in both Hebrew and English.
- The comprehensive training program spans three full academic
years, with classes held three days a week (Sunday, Monday,
Wednesday) from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
COST
- The program is generously subsidized by The Israel Student
Authority*, Tiltan School, and the Jewish Agency.
- Students are required to contribute only ILS 7,000 annually,
ensuring an affordable educational journey. Unlock a world of
